Cancellation Policy – Sugandhim Ayurveda

At Sugandhim Ayurveda, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been packed or dispatched from our warehouse.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
- Once approved, the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) within 5–7 business days.
- Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) will simply be cancelled without any refund process.
2. Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable) after receiving the order.
3. Digital Products & Gift Cards
Orders for digital products, gift cards, downloadable content, or promotional vouchers cannot be cancelled once purchased.
4. Customized or Special Orders
Customized products, special promotional bundles, limited-edition products, or products specially arranged upon customer request are not eligible for cancellation after order confirmation.
5. Cancellation by Sugandhim Ayurveda
Sugandhim Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product becomes unavailable or out of stock.
- Incorrect pricing or technical error.
- Payment verification failure.
- Suspected fraudulent transaction.
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
- Orders violating our Terms & Conditions.
In such cases, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Refund Processing
For eligible cancelled prepaid orders:
- Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.
- The actual credit time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
7. How to Cancel an Order
To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Reason for Cancellation
